After a five-year vesting period, this defined benefit plan will provide a secure monthly income based on your salary and years of service. Of course, the longer you stay the more you will earn. - 401(k) and 457(b) Plans (Savings Plus)
Save even more with monthly contributions to a 401(k), 457(b) plans, or both. Secure your future with tax-deferred retirement plans allowing you to defer up to $49,000 - $65,000 per year.

Time Off
Work-life balance is no longer a dream.
- Vacation Leave
Full-time employees may earn anywhere from 2 to 4.5 weeks of vacation each year, depending on classification, length of service, and bargaining unit. - Sick Leave
Accrue 8 hours of sick leave each month. - Annual Leave
Eligible employees may opt into a combined leave program that consolidates sick and vacation leave credits into one bank. - Professional Development Days
Eligible employees receive two professional development days every fiscal year. - Holidays
Eleven paid state holidays and one personal holiday each year.

- Reimbursement Accounts
CCHCS offers two types of reimbursement accounts: - Medical reimbursement account to help cover out-of-pocket medical expenses.

- Long-Term Care (LTC) Coverage
LTC coverage is an employee-paid benefit that helps offset the cost of care if you require assistance with the activities of daily living.
